Developments are not LRC's core business but due to demand we deliver support for the small to medium sized developers. We either work in a team with other appointed professionals or solely as project leaders. Architectural concept designs for town planning lay-out approvals can be done and be used as a basis for final designs or LRC can be further sourced to a stage of completion with full detailed plans. Full 3D presentations can be done if requested. Designs include small flatlets, townhouses and individual residential homes. Civil, structural and mechanical engineering services can be channeled through and be executed by LRC. Project management services are available. Low levels of available urban land induces high purchase costs which have to be turned about fast as rising developing costs cuts profits to continuing smaller margins. In relation is the demand for medium cost homes that can be more easily approved by financial institutions and be afforded by the beginner to mid level income ranges. For these reasons alone it is of importance to utilize the available land to the maximum at reasonable price ranges. LRC designs within negotiated terms and regulations to maximum return on investments (ROI) for and on behalf of the developer. The goal is still to design to acceptable terms and in practicality to the buyer. LRC supports the "Green Environment" initiatives. |
